The American Dairy Products Institute provides a variety of services to members, representing them in governmental affairs, consumer affairs and product standards of identity. Our goal is to provide our membership with complete information about the industry from processing through utilization.
To achieve this objective, ADPI provides the following standards for the industry:
Dry Milks—ADPI Bulletin 916, “Standards for Grades of Dry Milks Including Methods of Analysis”
Whey Products—ADPI Bulletin W-16, “Whey & Whey Products – Definitions, Composition, Standard Methods of Analysis”
Additionally, we organize several member committees and co-host the American Dairy Products Institute/American Butter Institute Annual Meeting.
