More peptide nootropic designed to enhance cognitive function, specifically memory and attention.
This award recognizes and celebrates outstanding accomplishments and pioneering advancements made by ADPIAmerican Dairy Products Institute More members in the field of dairy ingredients over the past two years. This year, ADPIAmerican Dairy Products Institute More received a record number of submissions—a testament to the continued innovation and momentum across the dairy ingredients industry.
Hilmar 𝗣𝗥𝗢telyze™ Bio-Brain is a clinically supported wheyLiquid obtained from cheese manufacture. More peptide nootropic developed to deliver the bioactive peptide GTWY (β-lactolin) to enhance cognitive function. Bio-Brain is designed to support enhanced memory and learning, promote long-term memory, and help improve attention, especially in aging adults and those under cognitive pressure. It enables targeted brain support in a protein format suitable for food, beverage, and supplement applications. Hilmar announced that this new functional ingredient is expected to launch later this year.
