Kimberlee J. (KJ) Burrington of the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPIAmerican Dairy Products Institute) and author of Dairy Foods’ “Culturally Speaking” articles, was elected vice chairperson of the United States National Committee of the International Dairy Federation (US-IDF) at its recent board and annual meeting.
In addition, Christopher Thompson, USDAUS Department of Agriculture, was elected treasurer of the organization. Both will serve in their roles for the next year. Burrington, who is vice president of technical development with ADPIAmerican Dairy Products Institute, will oversee the US-IDF program of work while Thompson, International Standards Director with USDAUS Department of Agriculture, will monitor all finances of the organization.
