An important part of the mission of ADPIAmerican Dairy Products Institute is the development of industry standards for dairy ingredients that serve to build customer and consumer confidence and trust in U.S. produced products. We are pleased to add this new standard to the portfolio which defines dry blend lactose for infant formula,” said Blake Anderson, ADPIAmerican Dairy Products Institute President and CEO.
ADPIAmerican Dairy Products Institute urges the industry to use ADPIAmerican Dairy Products Institute product standards as a guide in the manufacturing, marketing and purchasing of dairy products for use as functional and nutritional ingredients.
