Announcing the 2026 Winners!
For the second year, ADPIAmerican Dairy Products Institute More invited students to unleash their imagination and showcase their talent by creating a 2-3 minute video featuring a food product or recipe made with dairy ingredients!
The student submissions in 2026 were full of creativity and inspiration to inspire the use of dairy when making delicious, clean-label dishes or goodies! In addition to awarding the top three prizes this year, our judging panel also chose two Honorable Mentions.

First Place
Produced by Ivanvova Lituma, a PhD student in Food Science and Technology, and Brandon Freire, a PhD student in Nutrition and Food Science from Louisiana State University. Featuring high-protein recipes for two dairy-based desserts: High-Protein Pudding and Tiramisu.
Second Place
Produced by Darcy Heltzel and Lauren Cherne, both juniors in Food Science at Iowa State University. Featuring a decadent recipe for a dairy-rich dessert: Chocolate Lover’s Trifle.
Third Place
Produced by Fatima Madero, a sophomore in Food Science & Technology at the University of Lincoln-Nebraska. Featuring a delicious twist ona jello dessert: Mexican Mosaic Jello.
